- Je implementeert contracten en volgt deze nauwgezet op. Zowel op administratief als service vlak; er is niets dat jou ontgaat;
- Je evalueert regelmatig jouw leveranciersbestand om je leveranciers scherp te houden. Ook voor complexe inkoopdossiers draai jij je hand niet om;
- Jij bent voor de interne afdelingen (bijvoorbeeld met Engineering, Productie, Onderhoud, Finance, Logistiek) dé vraagbaak op inkoopgebied. Je werkt nauw samen met deze afdelingen;
- Je weet waarover je praat en weet anderen hiermee te overtuigen;
- Je werkt vanuit standplaats Budel-Dorplein (Nederland). Incidenteel reis je naar de andere Europese vestigingen (in België en Frankrijk), of naar leveranciers binnen Europa.
- Jij bent iemand met een opleiding in Inkoop of Bedrijfsadministratie;
- Je werkt graag in een team werkt en past in een team waar nieuwe ideeën met elkaar gedeeld worden, maar ook (positief) kritisch beoordeeld;
- Je vindt het leuk om af en toe buiten de kaders te denken en je brengt graag nieuwe technische ontwikkelingen in praktijk;
- Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een industriële omgeving;
- Je beschikt over ruime kennis van en ervaring met strategisch en operationeel inkopen op het vlak van investeringsgoederen, materialen en diensten;
- Je bent in het bezit van goede onderhandelingskills: jij weet het onderste uit de kan te halen, maar wél de risico's te beheersen;
- Je hebt affiniteit met techniek, bij voorkeur werktuigbouwkundige opleiding of ervaring;
- Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van SAP en een afgeronde NEVI 1-opleiding. Laat je echter niet afschrikken als je dit niet hebt, helpt onze relatie je daar graag verder mee.

Jouw werkweek in vogelvlucht:
Als Purchasing Specialist bij onze relatie in Budel ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het inkoopbeleid, met de nadruk op Capex gerelateerde goederen en diensten. Echter zijn de andere technische commodities (Opex) ook niet onbekend voor jou. Jij gaat als Purchasing Specialist met jouw analytische houding continu op zoek naar mogelijke kostenbesparingen. Denk hierbij aan het bundelen van pakketten, voorstellen van alternatieven, productiviteitsverbeteringen op het vlak van TCO en optimalisatie van de SLA's. Uiteraard houd je als Purchasing Specialist hierbij aandacht voor de kwaliteit van de producten
