    Jouw rol in ons team

    Als GIS Technisch Platform Beheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van complexe omgevingen. Aan de hand van afgesproken service levels, zorg jij dat de continuïteit van de processen gewaarborgd blijft. Je houdt je bezig met het onderhouden van software, je bent verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel houden van de bestaande infrastructuur en voert daar changes en/of vernieuwingen in door. Verder heb je een actieve rol in het analyseren van grote en kleine problemen en voorkomende storingen en vanzelfsprekend ook in het oplossen ervan. Het is belangrijk dat je goed kunt communiceren op alle niveaus; van software ontwikkelaars, klanten tot management.

    Hoe jij ons team versterkt

    Je hebt de nodige kennis en ervaring met technisch platform beheer. Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren, bezit een goed analytisch vermogen en bent accuraat. Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling: je zegt wat je doet en doet wat je zegt. Je werkt effectief samen met anderen om het benodigde resultaat te halen.

    Daarbij heb jij:

    • Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding of hoger

    • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring

    • Technisch applicatie beheer van server/desktop & applicaties op het Windows Platform

    • Enige ervaring met TopDesk

    • Technisch beheer, met OTAP Procedures en ITILv3

    • Netwerktechnologie (proxies/firewalls)
    En kennis/ervaring met (één van de ) volgende producten:

    • ArcGIS Desktop/Pro/Server/Portal en extenties CS

    • Kennis van – ervaring met Esri suite CS

    • Ervaring met ArcGis Enterprise CS

    • OGC standaarden en protocollenOS

    • PostGreSQL – PostGIS

    For this vacancy fluent Dutch language is required.
