- Experience with time andproject management
- Proficiency with MS-Office,particularly MS Excel
- You provide the sales team withcustomer information (for example usage stats andentitlements)
- You prepare renewals for licenseagreements and sales planning
- You manage andupdate renewals. In doing so, you report to the salesteam.
- You coordinate all customercorrespondence and agreements within your assigned internationalregion
- You proactively communicate withcustomers, align new contract terms & agreedfees
- You generate reports and analysis onrenewal sales progress for your assignedregion
- You stay in close contact withsubscription agents to pursuedeals
