    IQVIA is op zoek naar een "Disease Awareness Representative" met een medische achtergrond en ervaring, om met een groeiend biofarmaceutisch bedrijf samen te werken.

    De Disease Awareness Representative (DAR) is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van accountplannen in Nederland om de diagnose en verwijzing van nieuwe patiënten met erfelijke ATTR-amyloïdose (hATTR) naar nationale expertisecentra te optimaliseren.

    Van de DAR wordt verwacht dat hij/zij de accountplannen uitvoert in lijn met de strategie van de organisatie en in nauwe afstemming en samenwerking met collega's, en in lijn met alle relevante bedrijfs-, sector-, wettelijke, regelgevende en ethische normen.

    Verantwoordelijkheden

  • De DAR werkt als onderdeel van een team en zal zich richten op relevante artsen in ziekenhuizen om het bewustzijn over hATTR-amyloïdose te vergroten, met als algemene doelstelling het verbeteren van vroege diagnose en verwijzing van patiënten naar gespecialiseerde behandelcentra.
  • Hij/zij fungeert als expert om hoogwaardige dienstverlening te bieden en eventuele scholingsbehoeften van verwijzende artsen te achterhalen.
  • Hij/zij zal strategisch netwerken binnen het cross-functionele team in het land om verwijzingscentra te segmenteren en prioriteren zodat patiënten toegang krijgen tot de beschikbare behandeling
  • Ideeën delen en projecten initiëren
  • De DAR gebruikt het CRM-systeem om activiteiten die plaatsvinden bij te houden
  • Hij/zij voert alle activiteiten uit in overeenstemming met de CGR code en Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving
  • De DAR heeft een nauwe werkrelatie met interne collega's en deelt relevante informatie om patiëntverwijzingstrajecten te ondersteunen
  • Het betreft een buitendienst functie

    • Functie eisen

  • Bij voorkeur een medische of wetenschappelijke opleiding (BSc/MSc)
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een eis en bij voorkeur ervaring met specialistische therapie of een zeldzame ziekte
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlandse zorglandschap en van de ziekenhuisomgeving
  • Ervaring / een netwerk in Cardiologie en eventueel Neurologie is een pré
  • Sterk inzicht om waarde toe te voegen aan de bestaande gezondheidszorgstructuren
  • Sterke en effectieve communicatievaardigheden
  • Vermogen om met digitale communicatie platforms te werken
  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en accuraat
  • Open communicatie, focus op mensen en de wil te excelleren behoren tot de kernwaarden
  • Mogelijkheid om binnen Nederland te reizen
  • In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs
