    Profiel

    Binnen de Service Line Aanvraag en Uitgifte is de functie van teamlead Deployment & Local Support beschikbaar. De afdeling is primair verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en beheer van de aanvraagketen (apparatuur en programmatuur) op uitgiftelocaties van Nederlands reisdocumenten.

    Omdat je hier leiding geeft aan 2 sub teams, moet je wel stevig in je schoenen staan. Je stuurt de medewerkers op taken en verantwoordelijkheden en houdt functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken.
    Daarnaast bepaal je in overleg met het MT de doelstellingen voor de afdeling en zorgt voor de uitvoering hiervan. De uitvoering van de (ITIL) werkprocessen op de afdeling zoals het behandelen van incidenten, service requests en het bijhouden van de CMDB behoren ook tot je dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

    Verder bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit het volgende:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en bewaken van storings en onderhoudsbezoeken van service engineers in binnen en buitenland;
  • Het opstellen van diverse rapportages;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het versturen van security- software- en standaard updates.;
  • Het aktief deelnemen aan projecten;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor werkplekbeheer van onze IT kantoor / produktie omgeving.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor acceptatietesten van changes en releases en ervoor zorgen dat deze updates op de juiste manier worden geimplementeerd.

    • Functie-eisen

  • Minimaal HBO werk en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende of soortgelijke rol;
  • Beschikt over ITIL Foundation v4 certificaat;
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je bent service en klantgericht ingesteld;
  • Teamplayer;
  • Flexibel;
  • Verder ben je stressbestendig en kan je goed in een team werken;
  • ​​​​​​​Je bent woonachtig in Haarlem en omstreken.

  • Brutosalaris van tussen de €3000,- en €4000,- o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek;
