About the Internship

You will support the team in the activation of the Communications & Engagement Plan to create an inspiring, informative, safe, comfortable, and energetic experience for employees.

Your main responsibilities will be:
-
Supporting in developing the
best internal communication approaches (including visual communication);
-
Creating and
designing
engaging content with a strong
user-centric approach; Taking
ownership of our
intranet social channels;
-
Collaborating with different
stakeholders by discussing and advising our
strategic communication;
-
Supporting the execution of different local and global campaigns and organizing
internal events.

Moreover, you will cooperate closely with the IT & Data Benelux Leadership Team, Internal Communication & Engagement Managers, Communications stakeholders, and business partners.

As our new IT & Data Internal Communications & Engagement Intern you will be part of the IT & Data Benelux team.

The team consists of around 150 passionate Danoners, enabling 6000 colleagues in The Netherlands and Belgium to make a bigger impact with technology.

The capabilities of our IT & Data Benelux team extend across local and global operations, providing comprehensive coverage.

With the purpose "We inspire & empower Danone through the world of tech and data", we support Danone to achieve its 2030 goals around "One Planet One Health".

About you

You are a Bachelor/Master student in
Communication,
Marketing,
Journalism,
Psychology,
Business
Administration, Public Relations, or in a
relevant discipline with an out-going personality and you have a strong affinity for communication, graphic designing, and digital tools.

You are not afraid to take initiative and speak up to bring your own ideas and suggestions forward. You thrive in a team setting but you are also willing and able to work autonomously when necessary.

You have a creative mindset and profound interest in creating engaging content, which you have developed through working with different social media tools and editing visuals and videos.

You can
meet deadlines and prioritize your workload through your organizational skills.

In addition, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Enrolled as a student during the
whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
Ideally available to start from
July/ August 2024 for a minimum of 6 months (preferably for 9 to 12 months), 5 days per week (with flexibility during the internship for study days);
You are fluent in English oral and written;
You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least twice per week.
Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.
