    The Architecture EEA department in Embedded Engineering focuses on:

    • Translating functional requirements into Electric/Electronic (E/E) Architecture
    • Managing PACCAR Control Systems' architecture
    • Maintaining expertise in key areas like Cyber Security and Functional Safety


    To support project growth, we are looking for a junior E/E Architect to join our dynamic team.


    Junior E/E Architect


    Your Responsibilities:


    As a junior E/E Architect, you'll collaborate with the team to develop the E/E architecture for DAF vehicles and the PACCAR engine, assisting senior architects in various domains.


    Your Tasks Include:

    - Supporting senior architects in defining the E/E architecture

    - Mapping functions to E/E components in the architecture

    - Refining functional interfaces and network interfaces

    - Translating requirements to Control Systems

    - Documenting functions

    - Maintaining, improving, and extending the architecture


    You'll Review:

    - Stakeholder requirement documents


    You'll Support:

    - Root cause analyses


    In this role, you'll report to the Supervisor and collaborate with various stakeholders.




    Functie-eisen

    Your Qualifications:


    Education:

    • Technical education (bachelor's or master's) in control theory, electrical, or automotive engineering


    Work Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

    • Knowledge of embedded software and hardware

    • Familiarity with automotive safety and standards (ISO 26262 and SPICE)

    • Experience with Change- and Configuration management

    • Proficiency with IBM Rhapsody, UML, and DOORSNG
