- Je verzamelt klantvragen en werkt deze uit naar voor de klant werkbare oplossingen;
- Samen met de development teams maak je de vertaalslag van de klantwens naar technische oplossingen;
- Je ondersteunt projecten door onduidelijkheden / onzekerheden om te zetten in feiten;
- Je helpt onze klanten met het begrijpen van de mogelijkheden en onmogelijkheden binnen onze IT-systemen;
- Je helpt mee in haalbaarheidsstudies voor nieuwe digitale mogelijkheden;
- Je vertegenwoordigd IT richting onze interne klanten;
- Door jouw brede blik ben je staat om gevraagd en ongevraagd advies te geven aan zowel onze interne klanten als aan de IT-teams.
- Minimaal HBO werk en denkniveau;
- Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, met aantoonbare recente werkervaring met of in een team met software ontwikkelaars;
- Ervaring met de (door)ontwikkeling van klantgerichte software applicaties;
- Werkervaring binnen grotere, complex georganiseerde bedrijven;
- Ervaring met het vertalen van klantwensen naar digitale oplossingen;
- Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels.

- Een salaris van €4000,- tot €6000,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van senioriteit en ervaring;
