    What you'll do

    • Developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive organizational culture and values.
    • Develop and implement change & behavior management strategies to support organizational change including communication and training.
    • Conduct organizational assessments as per defined requirements to identify areas for improvement.
    • Developing and delivering training programs to help employees develop the skills and knowledge they need to be successful.
    • Designing and implementing talent programs including DE&I programs to ensure that employees are engaged and motivated to contribute to the company's success.
    • Analyze data and prepare reports to track progress and measure success.

    Your qualifications

    • Proven experience in organizational development and driving culture change interventions
    • Experience in designing training programs leveraging instructional design
    • Excellent communication, project management and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
