- Bewaken van betrouwbaarheid en bruikbaarheid van gecreëerde datasets en dashboards.
- Minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van bijvoorbeeld (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Informatica of Supply Chain Management;
- Ervaring met data analyses in een dynamische omgeving;
- Je bent proactief, analytisch sterk en gaat klant- en doelgericht te werk;
- Je bent stressbestending en brengt structuur aan waar nodig;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- Je ontvangt maandelijks een salaris tussen €3.627,68 en €5.266,13 en 8% vakantiegeld (inschaling afhankelijk van je werkervaring en opleidingsniveau);
- Je start met een jaarcontract en krijgt daarna uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
- Iedereen krijgt 25 vakantiedagen, met de mogelijkheid om vier extra dagen te verdienen als je niet ziekt bent;

Als Strategic Resource Analyst maak je onderdeel uit van het team Workforce dat verantwoordelijk is voor het inhuren, trainen, inzetten, plannen, begeleiden en behouden van duizenden uitzendkrachten per jaar. Jouw doel is om bij te dragen aan de optimalisatie van deze poule uitzendkrachten. Dit doe je door het creëren van bruikbare informatie waarmee een stabiele poule met uitzendkrachten opgebouwd en in stand gehouden kan worden.
Je haalt de data op uit verschillende bronnen, waaronder ons plannings- en tijdsregistratiesysteem. Hierin zijn nog stappen te maken om de juiste koppelingen, betekenis en realtime beschikbaarheid te realiseren. Doordat de sales van onze klanten sterk varieert over de dagen, weken en maanden is dit een continu spel van analyseren, bijsturen en verbeteren. Hierbij kijk je zowel naar de poule op korte termijn, als op lange termijn.
Als Strategic Resource Analyst rapporteer je aan de Sr. Manager Workforce en werk je nauw samen met onze uitzendpartners, (interne) klanten en het operationele Workforce team.
