- You have several years experience in handling multiple streams (Infra, Cloud, applications, ERP, etc.) for manufacturing companies preferably.
- Your main tasks are coordinating projects, gathering requirements and manage business relationships with your clear communication.
- Requirement, configuration, testing, training and supporting end users as needed.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Managing competing resources and priorities.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Documenting and effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Technical or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst and a minimum 1 - 2 years of domain experience in any technology (Infra, cloud, servers, ERP, application, etc)
- You have work experience in a complex business implementation leading and managing projects.
- You will have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, Dutch is strongly preferred and a third EU-language is a big plus.
- You are able to work 2 days per week onsite in Etten-Leur and willing to travel 10 -20% of the time to other Flowserve plants.
- The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, a master in stakeholder manageament and an expert communicator.

Position description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will play a key role in the delivery of various exciting projects. Are you getting energized by coordinating business projects, business relationship management and requirement gathering?
