    Voor organisaties die voorheen altijd op fossiele brandstof werkten, is het nu tijd voor de grote overstap. Inzetten op elektrisch, daar gaat het nu om. En snel ook. Dat gebeurt al veel, maar nog niet genoeg. Jij kan die extra push geven, de goede kant op.

    Je kent dit bedrijf waarschijnlijk van de tankstations in heel Europa, maar je kunt daar tegenwoordig meer tanken dan 'gewone' brandstof. Bij elk tankstation komen er laadpalen bij en omdat de vraag snel groeit, gaat het aanbod razendsnel mee. Niet alleen bij tankstations moeten laadpalen geplaatst worden, ook bij ziekenhuizen, gemeentehuizen, bedrijventerreinen en op vele andere plekken. Goede zaken voor de vergroening dus, maar het vraagt veel organisatie. Hiervoor zijn professionele handen nodig.

    Gaaf, hoe kan ik hieraan bijdragen?

    Je duikt met precisie in de wirwar van inkomende facturen, inkooporders, onkostenvergoedingen en betalingsverzoeken. Speurend naar eventuele afwijkingen en fouten corrigeer je deze nog voordat ze problemen kunnen veroorzaken. Je taken beperken zich echter niet tot alleen administratie. Nee, je breidt voortdurend je kennis en expertise uit op het gebied van accounting & finance. Waar hebben we het dan over? Je verdiept je in btw-regelgeving, general ledger-rekeningen, reconciliaties en het gebruik van het SAP-systeem. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de juiste afhandeling en follow-up van herinneringen en klachten. Kortom, je levert service waarop anderen kunnen vertrouwen

    Dit is een uitdaging voor mij, wat is er nodig?

    Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een diploma van het secundair onderwijs. Daarnaast heb je al wat ervaring opgedaan in een boekhoudkundige of administratieve omgeving. Deadlines en drukke momenten schrikken jou niet af, het geef je juist energie Jij bent precies en nauwkeurig. Elk getal moet kloppen en elke transactie moet perfect verwerkt worden. Processen en procedures zijn voor jou heilig, je zorgt er altijd voor dat alles volgens de regels verloopt. Je bent IT-minded en hebt een stevige basis van MS Office. En als je ook nog eens ervaring hebt met SAP/R3, dan heb je zeker een streepje voor. Niet te vergeten, je communiceert vlot in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels, en bij voorkeur beheers je ook nog een derde taal zoals Frans of Duits.
