- Implement ASICS EMEA's strategic vision for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) E-commerce channels and provide ongoing recommendations for the continuous evolution of the strategic approach in line with business and consumer demands. · Lead and manage a high-performing e-commerce website team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. · Be accountable for weekly sales, distribution, and trade reviews. · Lead the creation and management of the ASICS digital development roadmap in partnership with the Digital Project Manager to ensure that relevant website enhancements are delivered to improve consumer experience and conversion. · Manage ASICS EMEA's key E-commerce third-party vendor relationships, ensuring ASICS derives value from each contract in line with its business goals.
