- Direct een vast contract, inschaling CAO Gehandicaptenzorg FWG 35, min. €2338,- en max. €3294,- bruto per maand (op basis van 36 uur p/w);
- Aantrekkelijke secundaire voorwaarden zoals fietsplan, fitnessregeling, reiskostenvergoeding en eindejaarsuitkering;
- Je krijgt boven op je wettelijke verlofuren 14,4 stichtingsuren en 57 Persoonlijk Budget Levensfase-uren (PBL) op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur p/w);
- Binnen PSW zijn er verschillende mogelijkheden om extra te werken. Bijvoorbeeld; structureel extra contracturen werken in de flexpool of incidenteel extra werken via "diensten plukken" waarbij je naast je reguliere uren extra diensten kunt plukken op het moment dat dit past bij jouw privéleven. Zo hou je regie over je eigen rooster en werk-privé balans
- Minimaal 14 uur en meer uur in overleg.
- Een afgeronde agogische opleiding op minimaal mbo niveau 3;
- Kennis van en ervaring met de doelgroep ernstig meervoudige beperking;
- Je werkt ontwikkelingsgericht en beschikt over een goed observatievermogen;
- Samenwerking met collega's, ouders en andere professionals;

De Heikei is een centrum voor onderwijs, revalidatie en zorg voor kinderen en jeugdigen (5-18 jaar) met een ernstige meervoudige beperking (EMB). Bij de Heikei krijgen kinderen kwalitatief goed onderwijs in combinatie met de juiste zorg en revalidatie. De Heikei is een samenwerking tussen PSW (gehandicaptenzorg), Onderwijsgroep Buitengewoon (voortgezet speciaal onderwijs) en Adelante (kinder revalidatie).
