    Ben jij een SAP specialist en op zoek naar de mogelijkheid om dit te combineren met een rol als lead of manager? Ben je altijd op zoek naar nieuwe prospects, strategieën ontwikkelen en finetunen, en op jacht naar waardevolle teamleden? Dan ben jij misschien onze nieuwe Practice Lead SAP.

    Where you're going to get started

    Als Practice Lead ben je in staat om onze klanten te helpen bij het implementeren van SAP-oplossingen, het migreren van hun oplossingen naar de cloud en het helpen van klanten bij het efficiënt beheren van hun applicaties. Jij bent de directe verbinding van het managementteam met de klanten en door jouw expertise in de cloud ben jij hun ideale sparringpartner.

    Je zult een groot deel van je tijd besteden aan het managen van je team van consultants. Mentorschap,training, coaching en het in kaart brengen van carrièrepaden geven jouw hectische werkdagen energie. Je hebt een mindset om te groeien en bent altijd op zoek naar uitbreiding van projecten, het vinden van nieuw talent en het implementeren van ambitieuze strategieën.

    • Je hebt een sterke visie op cloud development en hoe dit past in digitale & zakelijke transformatieprocessen.
    • Je kennis van de markt en klantgerichte aanpak zorgen voor sterke resultaten bij het behalen van commerciële doelen.
    • Je hebt een bewezen track record met ten minste 5 jaar ervaring in SAP.
    • Ervaring in het succesvol opleveren van migratie- en integratieprojecten.
    • Je bent een echte people manager met een communicatieve mindset en de vaardigheden om te luisteren en je collega's actief te coachen.
    • Je leiderschapsstijl is gericht op het inspireren, motiveren en betrekken van je consultants waarbij je ze laat groeien naar de volgende uitdaging.
    • Afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding.
    • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
