    The Advanced Diagramming team builds sophisticated workflows around diagramming use cases.     About the Role

    Join our dynamic team where you'll contribute to the development of innovative collaborative applications and widgets for Miro boards. Your responsibilities will encompass not only crafting new functionalities but also ensuring the stability and reliability of our existing codebase through thorough end-to-end testing and the implementation of robust observability measures.     What you'll do

    • Design, build and deliver world-class user experiences impacting millions of Miro users;
    • Work multi-functionally in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
    • Partner with product managers, designers, and other team members to build high-quality, user-focused features that delight our customers
    • Help the team maintain and improve the stability and maintainability of features within our domain
    • Contribute to the team's success by providing feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, sharing knowledge, and driving positive change

    What you'll need

    • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
    • Proficiency in designing and delivering end-to-end features, involving both backend and frontend changes
    • Backend development: expertise in any modern backend stack (Java, NodeJs, Python, Go, etc). Experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot is a strong plus
    • Experience building a cloud infrastructure is a strong plus
    • Experience with various storage types - SQL and no-SQL databases and communication technologies - REST, WebSockets, gRPC
    • Experience using observability tools to monitor health of features
    • Ability to document complex technical solutions and align them across various stakeholders
    • Experience working in a cross-functional team in an agile environment
