    OTC Flow is on its way to becoming a top player in the environmental commodity sector. We are looking for junior sales traders to join our growing team in Amsterdam.

    About our Company

    OTC Flow is a leading company in environmental commodity trading, with offices in Amsterdam and Paris. We offer trading liquidity in a wide range of financial-environmental instruments.

    Our goal is to provide our global partners with access to renewable energy markets and help them reach their sustainability objectives in a knowledgeable and savvy manner. Our network includes key players in the industrial, governmental, and utility sectors.

    About the Position

    Join a 6-month graduate program where you will be actively involved in outreach and prospecting through cold calling and client meetings. With the support of training sessions and engagement in your professional growth, OTC Flow will help you enhance your knowledge and skills to advance your career.

    Responsibilities

    • Build your client portfolio through direct prospecting via cold calling and networking;
    • Communicate with clients to understand their business needs through various channels;
    • Identify trade opportunities and facilitate their execution;
    • Act as the primary source of information for your contacts;
    • Provide daily pricing and market insights to stakeholders through messaging systems;
    • Monitor markets, stay updated on financial news, and developments;
    • Stay informed about the products being traded and up-to-date on new products and procedures;
    • Be responsible for achieving revenue targets;
    • Promote OTC Flow's services to expand the company's market share.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field;
    • Internship experience in sales, business development, account management, or similar roles;
    • Native-level proficiency in Dutch, French, German, English, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish;
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, commercial attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit;
    • Aim for high targets early in your career;
    • Comfortable in high-pressure environments, proactive, resilient, and ambitious.

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Prior cold-calling experience is advantageous;
    • Knowledge of financial and/or environmental commodities markets.
