You and your job
Within Tribe Credit Analytics, we're on a mission to simplify and modernize, forging the path to a brighter financial future. Our squads are the architects of intricate calculators that power every facet of the credit process chain, from capital reporting to customer selection and pricing decisions. We're not just a part of the bank; we are the central heartbeat driving its core operations.

At the heart of our journey lies the relentless pursuit of top-notch data quality. We're here to fortify our grip on historical and current data delivery, to remediate the past, and to seamlessly integrate data from diverse business units across the bank. Joining forces with our Area Architect, Tech Lead, a dynamic assembly of 13 DevOps teams, and dedicated Product Owners, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing to life the architecture and delivery of our Unified Data Solution. This solution is the bedrock upon which we'll craft and nurture credit risk models, both new and existing.

But that's not all – you'll be at the forefront of defining the next era of architecture and delivery, leading the charge into the next quarter with your innovative vision. Moreover, you'll wield the reins in overseeing the implementation of both functional and technical designs, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement over time. Here, managing deviations is part of the deal, a crucial component in our commitment to delivering excellence and progress.

• 36 or 40 hours per week
• Our Tribe consists of 9 Area's, 5 of them focus on the different portfolio areas.
• The Tribe CA consists of almost 700 colleagues of which over 200 are Tech.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Communicate and explain credit risk models, model lifecycle processes to stakeholders related to our Unified Data Solution.
• Translate business and IT requirements into functional and technical architectural designs for the target architecture as well as the intermediate architectures.
• Guide five of our high performing squads in their daily work

• Relevant Education : Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in IT-Finance or a related field.
• Solution Architect Expertise: Proven track record as a Solution Architect in complex environments, collaborating between business and IT teams.
• Agile Leadership : Experience in guiding and coaching teams with an agile architecture approach.
• Data Management Knowledge : Strong grasp of data management principles.
• Architectural Proficiency : Practical experience with diverse architecture methods and techniques.
• Large Organization Exposure : Extensive background in navigating complex technological landscapes within large organizations.
• Strategic Vision : Possess a strategic "helicopter view," capable of anticipating consequences of design decisions.
• Effective Communication and Influence : Exceptional communication skills, adaptability to various audiences, and the ability to influence with an open mindset. Proficiency in English (oral and written) is required, with a preference for proficiency in Dutch. Additionally, candidates must have been living and working in the Netherlands for a number of years.
