    Description

    :

    Context

    Works in EHS team of D&E, S&SC, Manufacturing, CS, CRE or Corporate EHS. Interfaces mainly with EHS manager of own team and with managers of own sector.
    As a fully competent professional, plans and conducts work that requires judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques and procedures. Advises on content subjects, making proposals for translating given policies to business situations. Manages large, complex EHS projects and serves as an expert-level EHS resource to business managers.
    As addition, a Senior EHS Specialist 2 working at Corporate EHS interfaces with experts and managers of other sectors (both within and outside the EHS workfield).

    Requirements

    Requires professional/conceptual knowledge (relevant Master's degree) with thorough, progressive working experience in technical industry, consultancy or national government. Has gained experience across different EHS work areas and is able to deal with majority of situations and to advise others.
    Ability to work in a dynamic business environment on a tactical level.
    Customer focus (internal or external).
    Proven track record on stakeholder management (management level).
    Requires strong knowledge of ASML policies, procedures, goals and strategies.
    Collaborates in a positive and efficient manner.
    Communicates effectively to stakeholders; stays friendly at all times; provides constructive feedback and listens carefully to any feedback given.
    Drives results to ensure EHS improvements at own sector.
    Manages complexity within own workfield.
    Optimises work processes on EHS at own factory/ location.

    Responsibilities

    Key EHS processes (e.g. Incident Management, Compliance Management, JSA/Risk Management, Inspections/ Audits, Sustainability Reporting)

    Manages existing EHS processes for location/ factory. Leads sector project teams to improve sector EHS processes.

    Technical competence areas (e.g. Laser Safety, Electrical Safety, Radiation, Hazardous Materials, Ergonomics, Waste, Energy, CO2 emissions, Life Cycle Assessments)

    Manages knowledge on technical competence areas within own sector.
    Develops and provides training to employees on technical competence.
    Acts as competence lead on one or multiple competence areas within own sector or crossectoral.
    Has a strong internal network on one or multiple technical competence area(s).

    EHS data analysis & improvements

    Responsible for MOP data for ASML.
    Performs EHS trend analyses for ASML.
    Lead of reporting dashboards in myEHS for ASML.
    Develops and leads EHS improvement projects for sector.

    Enhance EHS culture & communication

    Leads improvement initiatives linked to the EHS culture within own factory/ location.
    Responsible for internal EHS communication within own factory/ location.
