    Wat ga je doen?

    Als productieplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van een productielijn in de fabriek in Joure. Je taken omvatten het opstellen van de korte-termijnplanning op weekbasis en het afstemmen van activiteiten met diverse belanghebbenden. Dagelijks werk je nauw samen met collega's van het Planning & Logistiek Team om een optimaal verloop van het supply chain-proces te verzekeren. Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en coördinatie tussen de verschillende afdelingen om de productiedoelstellingen te behalen en eventuele knelpunten op te lossen. Met jouw analytische vaardigheden en organisatorisch talent draag je bij aan een efficiënte werking van de productielijn. Tevens ben je alert op verbetermogelijkheden en draag je bij aan continue optimalisatie van processen binnen de fabriek.

    Andere taken die binnen jouw pakket vallen:

    • Beheren van capaciteit en stilstandtijden, in overleg met Central Planning;
    • Rapporteren van KPI's, uitvoeren van analyses en implementeren van maatregelen;
    • Uitvoeren van verliesanalyses en initiëren van verbeteringen in de planning;
    • Ondersteunen van interne supply chain- en planninginitiatieven.

    Wat we graag in je zien.

    In deze rol is samenwerking van groot belang: alleen in goede samenwerking draait de productie op vol vermogen en behaal je de gestelde KPI's. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken en bent sterk in het contact leggen met verschillende stakeholders. Je communiceert daarnaast duidelijk en weet prioriteiten te stellen.

    Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

    • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo opleiding in de richting van supply chain/ logistiek;
    • Relevante ervaring opgedaan tijdens bijvoorbeeld stages is een sterke pré;
    • 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een supply chain omgeving;
    • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pré;
    • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engels taal in woord en geschrift.

    In Joure openden Egberts Douwes en zijn vrouw Akke Thijsses in 1753 hun kruidenierswinkel De Witte Os aan de Midstraat en legden zo de basis voor het Douwe Egberts van nu. Nog steeds staan hier twee van de belangrijkste fabrieken waar thee en koffie wordt geproduceerd. Bij JDE werken ze met passie voor de historie in een fijne werksfeer. De fabrieken zijn technisch van een hoog niveau en continu in ontwikkeling.
