MAA is namelijk op korte termijn op zoek naar een
Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Dit betekent dat je naast Finance ook verantwoordelijk bent voor onder andere verzekeringen, risk management en uitbestedingsbeleid. Naast jouw rol als (financieel) strategisch adviseur laat je, als de business daarom vraagt, een hands-on mentaliteit en een pragmatische en actiegerichte houding zien.
Adviseren van de Directie over de financieel-economische aspecten van (strategische) ondernemingsvraagstukken op middellange en lange termijn;
Ondersteunen van de directie met financiële rapportages (maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting) en ad hoc analyses;
Opstellen van resultaatoverzichten, balansen met verlies- en winstrekeningen en verantwoording op financieel-administratief en belastingtechnisch terrein t.b.v. de Directie, Raad van Commissarissen en aandeelhouders;
Zorgen voor een adequate inrichting van de administratieve organisatie en uitwerking van systemen, procedures en acties, zodanig dat wordt voldaan aan de bedrijfs- en wettelijke eisen en tijdig kan worden voorzien in de informatiebehoefte van de onderneming;
Leiding geven aan het financiële team van MAA, bestaande uit 4 medewerkers op een dusdanige manier dat financiële processen (inclusief salarisadministratie) doelmatig en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd;
Aanspreekpunt, begeleiding en planning bij accountantscontroles en audits.
Afgeronde Master in Finance, (bedrijfs)economie, Accounting & Control of vergelijkbaar, eventueel aangevuld met een Post-Master RA/RC of MBA;
Minimaal 5-10 jaar relevante ervaring, waarvan ten minste 5 jaar in een financieel eindverantwoordelijke rol binnen een MKB, bij voorkeur in een logistieke of productieomgeving;
Zeer kritische persoonlijkheid die zich voornamelijk laat overtuigen o.b.v. feiten, cijfers en data;
Uitgebreide kennis van Microsoft Office (Word en Excel), affiniteit met Power BI en gevoel voor AI-ontwikkelingen (bij voorkeur Microsoft Copilot);
Professioneel in Nederlands en Engels, zowel in woord als geschrift;
Stressbestendig, professioneel, enthousiasmerend voor het team en collegiaal in de verbinding met de leden van het directie- en managementteam.
