Risk & Compliance Officer - Voerendaal, Nederland - Vebego
Beschrijving
As Risk & Compliance Officer, you identify areas of non-compliance or potential risks through risk assessments and internal audits on behalf of Vebego Group. You participate in projects in financial and administrative areas. In this role you directly report to the director Digitalisation & Data and you work closely with financial representatives of the companies, auditees and various external stakeholders. We are looking for an energetic person with a proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail who has the ability to identify compliance risks, assess their impact and devise effective solutions.

Your challenge as Risk & Compliance Officer
You will provide compliance guidance and advice to various parts of our organization, identifying risks and how to deal with them. You will also review policies and procedures to make sure they make sense and can be easily understood. Working with different teams of our companies will help you understand and share insights about how we are following the rules and what challenges we are facing. You will also help ensure that we are meeting all internal and external risk standards to protect Vebego' s integrity. As our Risk & Compliance Officer, you focus on the following responsibilities:
1.Policy translation
Active involvement in creating organizational policies and incorporating expertise to disseminate policies throughout the organization.
2.Operational internal Audit
Lead audits, report findings, and keep updated on relevant legislation for high-quality audits and reports.
3.Analysis
Actively collect and analyze data to optimize results and manage risks effectively.
4.Projects
Take charge of projects, implement and evaluate outcomes for successful solutions.
5.Contribute to our story
Engage with stakeholders, embody the Vebego brand, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
