    Our client, a leading international technology company, is on the lookout for a top-notch Customer Support Representative to cater to their UK markets. They need someone with a sharp eye for detail, excellent multitasking skills, a proactive attitude, strong computer proficiency, and a willingness to adapt to new processes. In this role, you'll need to be flexible, reliable, adept at prioritizing tasks, and skilled at engaging with individuals across all levels in a team setting.

    The Customer Support position involves both sales and support functions in a technical setting, addressing sales inquiries and general technical concerns.

    Responsibilities/Tasks

    • Build and nurture relationships with resellers
    • Acquire technical expertise in the audiovisual market
    • Collaborate closely with field management and the sales team
    • Deliver top-notch customer service
    • Provide support for all company products
    • Prepare and follow up on quotations
    • Address customer queries and issues
    • Maintain database accuracy
    • Participate in customer meetings over meals
    • Assist in resolving minor client concerns
    • Leverage marketing resources like the website, catalog, and price guide
    • Stay updated on sales policies, procedures, and reseller pricing

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B customer service
    • Technical aptitude or interest in technical products
    • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Proactive, adaptable, and professional demeanor
    • Sharp attention to detail, excellent organization, and computer literacy
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic office environment
