    Beschrijving
    • Checking dossier data to ensure it matches information in the billing system;
    • Communicating any differences to the Billing Team Leader and implementing necessary adjustments;
    • Generating and preparing invoices for dispatch, as well as archiving processed documents;
    • Providing frontline information to customers regarding billing inquiries;
    • Drafting standalone invoices based on provided documents;
    • Accurately inputting data into the system and generating invoices;
    • Ensuring careful archiving of all relevant documentation.

    • MBO or HBO diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
    • You have been living in the Netherlands for the past 8 years;
    • Previous experience (e.g., internship) in a financial environment is a plus;
    • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, especially in dossier control and billing processes;
    • Familiarity with computer usage and proficiency in the use of display equipment;
    • Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing;
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and perform under pressure.
    • A salary between €2500,- and €3200,- based on 37.5 hours.
