- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
- Identify and seek resolution of quality issues.
- Supervise inspections and witness testing to verify that works are meeting standards.
- Validate and maintain quality control on the project platform.
- Work with the project team to develop and implement corrective action plans
- Communicate quality control and site issues to the quality and project managers.
- Assist in the verification of progress claimed by contractors.
- Maintain a daily site diary for progress.
- Represent the OR in trade-to-trade handovers.
- Participate in client's safety observation system.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervising capacity on large scale construction projects.
- VCA-VOL or SSSTS, CSCS, Safe pass
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication.
- Proactive and focused on continuous improvement, including providing well-thought out solutions.
- Full fluency in English - Dutch is a nice to hav
