    Luxe Talent, een internationaal rekrutering en selectiebureau gespecialiseerd in Retail, Fashion en Luxe is op zoek naar een Store Manager Beauty & Cosmetics in Rotterdam.

    In ons recruitment en training adviesbureau werken wij met verschillende bedrijven in de Luxe, Premium en High Premium sectoren in heel Europa en hebben wij kantoren in Barcelona, Madrid, Parijs, Milaan, München en Amsterdam.

    TAKEN VAN DE SHOP MANAGER:

    • Het verkoopteam trainen, begeleiden en motiveren om de verkoop te stimuleren en de doelstellingen te halen
    • Ervoor zorgen dat voorraadbeheer en nauwkeurige inventarisatieprocedures worden geïmplementeerd
    • De dagelijkse activiteiten en prestaties van de winkel beheren
    • Professionele relaties opbouwen en onderhouden
    • Het merk met passie overdragen en als een ware inspirator fungeren voor het team
    • De normen voor visuele merchandising handhaven en ervoor zorgen dat de shop netjes en goed onderhouden is
    • Verkoopgegevens en feedback van klanten analyseren om de winkelprestaties te verbeteren

    VEREISTEN:

    • Ervaring in een (assistant) managementfunctie in retail
    • Sterk in relaties opbouwen
    • Kennis van make-up en de verschillende producten, merken en op de hoogte zijn van de nieuwste trends
    • Sterke leiderschaps- en communicatievaardigheden
    • Bewezen staat van dienst in het stimuleren van verkoop en het behalen van doelstellingen
    • Kunnen werken in een snelle en dynamische omgeving
    • Je spreekt goed de Nederlandse taal en kan je goed verhelpen in het Engels.
