The Key responsibilities for this position are: Retail sales oAchieve monthly sales goals and KPI's given by your Too Faced manager by executing promotional and event calendars at store level. oDiscuss sales goal achievement with store managers on a regular basis, empower them to increase their business through at-counter events and scheduled appointments. oTake part in all major event set-up and execution. oSend the KPI's on a weekly basis to your Too Faced manager. Merchandising oMonitor level of cleanliness, counter stock, and display units. oMake sure fixtures & testers units are clean & visually appealing. oCommunicate any location change immediately to management. oMonitor tester replenishment.
