    Onze opdrachtgever is een internationale toonaangevende producent van chemicaliën. Het bedrijf heeft in Rotterdam een technologisch geavanceerde fabriek.
    Het bedrijf biedt een prima salaris en uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden waaronder 40 vrije dagen per jaar, 13e maand etc.

    Functieomschrijving
    • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het Management Systeem en het nieuw op te zetten Compliance Register
    • Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling SHEQ waar ook het laboratorium voor productkwaliteit onder valt en je rapporteert aan de Manager SHEQ.
    • Samen met de environmental engineer beoordeel je hoe wettelijke milieuverplichtingen moeten worden nageleefd en monitor je de voortgang
    • Je voert interne audits uit en je verzorgt de coördinatie van het auditprogramma
    • Je begeleid externe audits en inspecties
    • Je voert (kwaliteits- en milieu)incidentonderzoeken uit en je adviseert (gevraagd en ongevraagd) belanghebbenden op eigen vakgebied
    • Je levert bijdrage aan continue verbetering, door (terugkerende) problemen, behoeften en kansen te signaleren, te analyseren en te bespreken en mee te denken over verbeteringen en oplossingen, onder meer in de vorm van interne audits.
    Functie-eisen
    • Je hebt minimaal een HBO-diploma, met aantoonbare affiniteit voor milieu- en/of kwaliteitsmanagement
    • Je hebt enkele jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie in de (petro) chemische industrie
    • Je bezit kennis van bedrijfsspecifieke processen en technieken en van milieu wet-en regelgeving
    • Je hebt ervaring met managementsystemen
    • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift
    • Je bent een integere, betrokken en analytische persoonlijkheid met oog voor het milieu en kwaliteit, met interesse in managementsystemen en vaardigheden
    • Je bent goed in het bouwen en onderhouden van relaties en weet draagvlak en enthousiasme te creëren voor naleving van normen en eisen die aan de fabrieken worden gesteld
    • Je weet op een natuurlijke manier invloed uit te oefenen op anderen, door je op een professionele en zelfverzekerde manier te presenteren en beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
