    Beschrijving

    Over het werk

    Als Officer Payroll zorg jij voor het zorgvuldig verrichten van (administratieve) werkzaamheden ten behoeve van de salaris- en pensioenadministratie en verschillende arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekeringen.

    Daarnaast is het verzorgen van de aangiften loonbelasting en sociale premies, het voeren van deeladministraties van de salarisadministratie en het beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers, management, HR- en Finance collega's onderdeel van jouw takenpakket.

    Je bent zorgvuldig, weet met strakke deadlines om te gaan en werkt graag samen. Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk en je bent leergierig. Om onze dienstverlening verder te optimaliseren ben je professioneel kritisch. Je neemt initiatief en stelt binnen de afdeling gevraagd en ongevraagd procesverbeteringen voor.

    Je beschikt daarnaast over:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding Praktijkdiploma loonadministratie (PDL)
  • Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring
  • Ervaring met salarisadministratieprocessen en kennis van arbeidsvoorwaardelijke regelingen
  • Werkervaring met AFAS Profit Payroll is een pre
