This role involves working as a laboratory technician at a specialized biotech company focused on producing personalized medicines through cell culturing activities. The company is currently seeking new team members to support their production processes. As part of this job, you will be responsible for culturing human cells in a controlled environment, following strict procedures to maintain product quality (GMP standard).

Extensive training will be provided initially to familiarize you with cleanroom practices, cell culturing techniques, and necessary qualifications. Prior experience in biotech production is not mandatory; individuals with a laboratory background, hands-on approach, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply for this position.

We are looking for a laboratory professional who meets the following criteria:

• A degree (MLO or HLO/BASc) in life sciences, biotechnology, microbiology, or related fields
• Practical experience (e.g., internships) with sterile procedures like cell culturing, molecular biology, or microbiology
• Knowledge of GMP standards and cell culturing is advantageous
• Fluency in English
• Access to transportation (car) or the ability to arrange it
• Precise work ethic, eager to learn, and committed to long-term employment
• Availability for varying shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends

• Full-time permanent position (initially on a temporary basis)
• Competitive salary range of €2600-€3000 gross per month
