Hoe ziet je dag er uit?
Je dagen zijn nooit hetzelfde als Area Merchandiser bij J-Club. Elke ochtend begint met het overnemen van specifieke werkgebieden van Mobile Merchandisers binnen je toegewezen regio. Hier focus je op het beheren van voorraadniveaus, optimaliseren van de winkelpresentatie en het oplossen van operationele kwesties. Een groot deel van je tijd besteed je aan het begeleiden en coachen van Mobile Merchandisers in hun dagelijkse taken. Je identificeert ook commerciële kansen, verzamelt feedback en stelt verbeteringen voor om de point-of-sale te optimaliseren.
Regelmatige communicatie met Mobile Merchandisers, collega Area Merchandisers en de Regional Manager is cruciaal. Je deelt updates, geeft feedback en wisselt informatie uit over de regionale situatie. Op wekelijkse basis verzorg je trainingen voor nieuwe Mobile Merchandisers en ondersteun je operationeel waar nodig. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de implementatie van commerciële strategieën binnen de regio, in nauwe samenwerking met het team.
Vanwege de mobiele en flexibele aard van de rol kunnen je dagelijkse en wekelijkse activiteiten variëren op basis van operationele behoeften, locaties en commerciële mogelijkheden. Het vermogen om snel te schakelen, effectief te communiceren en te plannen zijn cruciale vaardigheden voor succes in deze rol.
Wat ga je doen?
Wekelijks bezoeken van POS (Point Of Sale/verkooppunt) bij verschillende partners;
Op-, om- en afbouw van POS;
Presenteren van de accessoires volgens Visual Merchandising-plan;
Je zorgt ervoor dat de POS er altijd uitziet om door een ringetje te halen;
Verwerken van leveringen & voorraadbeheer via onze Portal
Contact onderhouden met de contactpersoon van POS
Afhandelen van het retour- en klachtentraject
Collega-merchandisers inwerken, coachen en begeleiden;
Commerciële kansen zien en benutten bij partners;
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het merchandisers-team; Functie-eisen
Wat heb je nodig?
MBO werk- en denkniveau;
Aantoonbare werkervaring in de detailhandel en inzicht in Visual Merchandising is een pré;
Je bent zelfstandig en flexibel met een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
Je kunt collega's op een opbouwende manier feedback geven;
Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit;
Een rijbewijs
