Neem dan deze vacature maar eens goed door, want onze opdrachtgever in Zaltbommel is per direct op zoek naar vaste versterking voor het logistieke team.

    WAT GA JE DOEN?

    Onze opdrachtgever is een modern en goed georganiseerd transportbedrijf in Zaltbommel. Men beschikt over een kleine 50 vrachtwagens en 3 warehouses. We zijn per direct op zoek naar een logistiek medewerker die 45 tot 50 uur wil werken, en dit voor onbepaalde tijd. Jij gaat je met allerlei logistieke taken bezighouden zoals laden + lossen van trailers en orders picken. De werkzaamheden zijn niet zwaar, je werkt altijd met een EPT, hef- of reachtruck.

    Bij dit bedrijf werken ze van maandag tot en met vrijdag, maar je moet er rekening mee houden dat je ook eens in de 2 of 3 weken op zaterdag werkt. Dit vanwege de grote drukte bij het bedrijf. Op zaterdag is de verloning dan wel á 150%.

    De werktijden zijn van 7:00/08:00 uur tot 17:00 uur met kans op uitloop tot 18:00 uur. Overuren worden á 130% aan je betaald. We zoeken iemand die minimaal 1 avond per week wil werken, dit betreft een verschoven dienst. Deze start om 13:00 uur en eindigt rond 22:00/23:00 uur. Je gaat je dan voornamelijk bezighouden met het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.

    Op vrijdagavond wordt er niet gewerkt dan is iedereen in het Warehouse meestal ook echt om 17:00 uur klaar. Men heeft er namelijk voor gekozen om op zaterdagochtend te werken. Deze dienst is van 8:00 tot 12:00/13:00 uur. Soms loopt het uit naar 14:00 uur. De dienst op zaterdagochtend wordt gerouleerd. De frequentie is in overleg (iemand kan ervoor kiezen om bijvoorbeeld om de zaterdag te werken of 3 weken wel / 1 week niet). Iedereen werkt in overleg een keer op zaterdagochtend,

    Gemiddeld werk je 45 tot 50 uur per week. Het bedrijf ligt op 10 minuten loopafstand van het station.

    Bij goed functioneren is dit een vaste baan.

    WAT MOET JE IN HUIS HEBBEN?

    • Je beschikt over aantoonbare werkervaring in de logistiek;
    • Je beschikt over een hef- of reachtruck certificaat. Of bent bereid dit te behalen;
    • Je woont op maximaal 30 km van Zaltbommel;
    • Je kunt Nederlands spreken en lezen;
    • Je bent 45 tot 50 uur per week beschikbaar;
    • Je hebt er geen problemen mee om soms in de avond en op zaterdag te werken.

    HOE WE JE TERUGBETALEN?

    Om te beginnen met een (h)eerlijk salaris conform de CAO-beroepsgoederenvervoer, maar dat is logisch.

    • Uurloon € 13,58 tot € 16,52 bruto per uur (TLN CAO);
    • Een toeslag van 30% voor overwerkuren (meer dan 40 per week);
    • Een toeslag van 50% voor werk op zaterdag;
    • Een reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 km enkele reis;
    • 8% vakantiegeld;
    • 25 vakantiedagen (bij fulltime werken);
    • Pensioenopbouw bij aanvang van het contract;
    • De mogelijkheid tot het wekelijks uitbetalen van je salaris;

    Bovendien denken we niet alleen mee over jouw ontwikkeling, maar investeren we er ook in. Denk aan het behalen van een reachtruckcertificaat.
