Job Description:

• Maintaining sustainable relationships with stakeholders and representing our client to Rabobank;
• Ensuring compliance with agreements in maintenance contracts and timely payments by the customer;
• Leading the maintenance team and performing preventive and corrective maintenance, with subcontractors;
• Preparing quotes for additional maintenance work and ensuring the completion of these tasks;
• Monitoring financial goals and KPIs of the contracts and creating structure in work processes.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of a completed vocational education level 4 with a mechanical and/or electrical background;
• Extensive experience in leadership, preferably as a contract manager, and in service and maintenance contracts;
• VCA-VOL certification or willingness to obtain this certificate;
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
