    Functieomschrijving


    • Provide a wide variety of professionaladministrative support under limited direction to leaders,colleagues or groups in the organization.
    • Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms,ordering food/drink, and managing the visitorprocess.
    • May attend meetingsto assist with presenting materials or takingnotes.
    • Ensures communicationsflow properly utilizing knowledge of business / function'sorganization structure and overall processes.
    • Takes ownership in theirwork.
    • Demonstrates comfortand skill when using technology.
    • Arranges domestic and international businesstravel and prepares travel itinerary. Books flights, cars, makeshotel and restaurant reservations.
    • Schedules meetings and receives meeting noticesfor manager.
    • Continuousimprovement within work processes and systems.
    • Maintaining and adding documents into SharePointsites and Teams.
    • Acts as thetechnical office equipment focal point to enable dailyeffectiveness.
    • Buildsappropriate rapport and effective relationships.
    • Maintains documents and records in accordancewith company guidelines.
    • Utilizes information integrity principles to properly classify,store and protect confidential technicalinformation.
