- Burner replacement project (replacement of 2 newammonia burners, pumps, piping and related automation andelectrical works).
- Replacement of cooler condenser and acidseparator.
- Electrificationproject (removal of the steam turbine and installation of new highvoltage electrical motor, inclusive all related mechanicalelectrical, instrumentation and piping adjustments to bemade).
- Administration of DMS systems, establish routines for handling ofcorrespondence (transmittals), follow up of documentation reviewand comments both internally and externally.
- Keep an updated master document register, ensureall incoming documentation is coded in accordance with contractualrequirements.
- Control andfollow-up WF's (Work flows) for review, check & approval andcontrol due dates are met.
- Focal points for Yara and the project team for any issues relatedto DMS.
- Coordinate allcorrespondence from all contractors and other stakeholders toDMS.
- Assisting the project Manager and his team in making, correctingproject documents.
- Assist theproject and procurement team in SAP activities such as, makingproject requisition, smaller PO's and follow-up ofinvoicing.
- Ensure correct useof project site offices for the team.
- Assist the team to request visitor access to thesite.
