Wil jij aan de slag bij een snelgroeiende internationale onderneming die zich inzet voor het welzijn van dieren? Dan is deze job een buitenkans. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Qualified Person die ons team van Dechra Bladel komt versterken voor de periode van 12 maanden.
Als Qualified Person ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vrijgeven en certificeren van halffabricaten en eindproducten, zowel geproduceerd in onze eigen fabriek als geleverd door contract manufacturers. Je speelt daarnaast een actieve en zeer zichtbare rol in het verbeteren van het kwaliteitssysteem en de productieprocessen binnen Dechra Bladel. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en beoordelen van afwijkingen en klachten. Je rapporteert aan de manager Quality Assurance.
Hoofdverantwoordelijkheid
De functie van Qualified Person is zeer divers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vrijgeven halffabricaten en eindproduct uit zowel uit onze eigen fabriek als vanuit contract manufacturers. Vanuit jouw discipline, ben je betrokken bij root cause onderzoek en de beoordeling en afhandeling van afwijkingen en initieer en neem je deel aan verbeterprojecten.
Als senior professional acteer je binnen de organisatie als coach en mentor voor anderen op het gebied van compliance.
Daarnaast geef je batchrecords, verpakkingsprotocollen, validatie-protocollen en -rapportages en specificaties (voor verpakkingsmaterialen, halffabricaten en eindproducten) vrij. Je hebt nauw contact met leveranciers en CMO's, voert met regelmaat in- en externe audits uit en keurt technische kwaliteitsovereenkomsten (QTA's) goed. Waar nodig initieer en coördineer je product recalls volgens de geldende procedures. Je beoordeelt procedures uit het kwaliteitssysteem op GMP-aspecten en levert zodoende een stevige bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het systeem. Hierbij hou je ontwikkelingen in van toepassing zijnde wet- en regelgeving vanzelfsprekend nauwlettend in de gaten.
