- Manage the recording of invoices, whether it be accounts payable or sales invoices;
- Support in the preparation and examination of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets;
- Handle bank transaction recording within the SAP system and conduct reconciliations with bank statements;
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of SAP B1 and the implementation of advanced analyses in Power BI alongside the team;
- Aid in the maintenance of balance sheet accounts and oversight of suspense accounts;
- Assess and establish financial controls and protocols;
- Generate customized reports as required by the Chief Financial Officer or Financial Control department;
- Act as a guardian for the company's credit control procedures, promptly identifying potential issues.
