    DOELSTELLING

    De functie Medewerker Afwerkerij houdt in het bewerken van gedraaide delen door middel van conventionele- en/of NC- en CNC- Machines

    FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING - VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

    • Zelfstandig instellen, afstellen en bedienen van meerdere conventionele- en/of NC- en CNC- machines;

    • Het bewerken van slijtdelen op basis van werktekeningen;

    • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren, nameten van bewerkte slijtdelen met behulp van meetgereedschap;

    • Zich houden aan de veiligheidsvoorschriften en het actief uitdragen van het veiligheidsbeleid.

    • Uitvoeren van 5S.

    Verantwoordelijkheden

    • Voert functie uit aan de hand van de binnen ANDRITZ FEED & BIOFUEL geldende procedures, instructies, voorschriften en beleid;

    • Voert functie uit aan de hand van richtlijnen en aanwijzingen van de supervisor van de afdeling;

    • Werken volgens de principes van het APS systeem (Lean / Six Sigma).

    FUNCTIE EISEN

    • Vakman door ervaring;

    • Bereid zijn tot het volgen van benodigde opleidingen;

    • Bereid zijn te werken in het 2, 3 of 4 ploegensysteem;

    • Het kunnen lezen en begrijpen van werktekeningen;

    • Ervaring met lean / worldclass manufacturing;

    • In staat zijn om de werkzaamheden nauwkeurig en zelfstandig te verrichten;

    • Bereidheid om incidenteel overwerk te verrichten

    • Flexibel inzetbaar met kennis van diverse bewerkingen binnen de afdeling.

    OPLEIDING

    Minimaal MBO niveau 2, bij voorkeur in (metaal-)technische richting
    Gewenst ervaring met lean/ wordclass manufacturing.

    WERKERVARING

    Bij voorkeur werkervaring in een (metaal-)technische werkomgeving
