    Are you decisive and assertive when it comes to identifying and seizing commercial opportunities? Are you ready for the next step in your sales career and do you want to contribute to exciting projects with our clients, actively collaborate with the sales teams on how we can best support and advise these clients in the financial sector? Then we are looking for you to join our sales team (consisting of 6 colleagues) as an account manager

    Our challenge:

    In this role, you will spend a lot of time outside the office visiting IT leads and chapter leads of these clients to gain insight into ongoing and future projects. You build and maintain relationships based on quality and trust, enabling you to place suitable candidates. It is your responsibility to stay in close contact with the professionals on the projects (field management). As you rely heavily on other parties to achieve business objectives, you combine a strong dose of assertiveness with resilience and customer friendliness.

    Who are you:

    We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and authentic professional who enjoys connecting with people and has a passion for collaboration. Ideally, the candidate has experience in the financial sector and possesses a valuable network of contacts. Experience with secondment and knowledge of technical profiles and roles are a must.

    Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for managing and expanding our client base (financial sector).
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have excellent command of the English language.
  • You have an affinity for technology and understand the technological developments in the Netherlands.
  • You have a strong character and are able to build long-lasting relationships, but you also have a valuable network that you can leverage.
  • Self-starter and proactive (able to identify and seize opportunities).
  • You are focused on self-development.
  • You have a commercial mindset.
