- Contact with suppliers on daily operation.
- Maintain regular communication with supplier on new products offers.
- Market search for new suitable suppliers
- Selecting suppliers based on the best price-quality ratio.
- Cost price and contract negotiation
- Identify potential purchase opportunities for short or end-of-life products based on confirmed customer demand.
- Source materials, equipment, or supplies, and negotiate favourable terms of sale.
- Forecast communication and sales reporting with supplier.
- Inventory management (stock issues, and remaining stock)
- Arrange and attend Quarterly or semi-annual meeting with supplier.
- Fulfill other duties and obligations as requested by supervisor or management.
- You have completed an MBO or HBO education;
- 1-2 years of experience as a purchaser;
- You have excellent spoken and written language skills in both Dutch and English;
- Excellent using all Microsoft office especially excel;
- Strong drive, ambition, and motivation to succeed;
- Excellent communication, presentation skills;
- You have demonstrable negotiation skills;
- Obtained work ethic and willingness to work hard;
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
