    About the Role

    As a Film Production Intern at Media.Monks, you'll be involved in every step of film production, with a focus on pre-production and the shoot. You will assist our film producers and you will take the role of Production Assistant on our film sets.

    Responsibilities:

    You will get a broad range of insights into the daily business as a film producer or production manager and collaborating with all film departments. Supporting our film producers with: setting up and distributing legal paperwork, creating shooting schedules and call sheets, sourcing crew, booking and picking up vital equipment, catering, research and creative support and much more.

    In this role, you should have a creative, proactive mindset, and a sharp eye for details. Besides, knowledge of the Film/Advertising industry is a plus.

    You will have the opportunity to learn the art of producing a smooth film shoot and expanding your knowledge of a film set at the most awarded Digital Production Agency of the Netherlands.

  • Duration: 6 month
  • Full time (40 hrs/ week)
  • Office location: Amsterdam Houthavens
  • Breakfast and lunch provided
  • Regular office hours from 9:30 to 18:00
  • Film shoots will require occasional work in the evening or on weekends (within 40 hrs/ week

    • About You

    The essentials:

  • You have a driver's license
  • You are enrolled in film / media / advertising studies
  • Knowledge of the film/advertising industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Dutch is a plus
  • You are a true Team-player
  • You have a keen eye for details
  • You are not afraid of tight turnarounds and multitasking
  • You know how to maintain a positive vibe and can insure coworkers to go the extra mile, wherever they are in world
  • You are creative, problem-solving and proactive minded
