- Dagelijkse trending van de AWZI en besturing van het proces;
- Statistische en biochemische analyse van de processen en het maken van optimalisatie voorstellen;
- Je bent de Process Project Leader voor de projecten op de AWZI, gebouw gebonden installaties en utiliteiten;
- Je bent de technische drijvende kracht achter de Life Cycle Management van alle installaties die onder verantwoordelijkheid van afdeling F&U vallen. Je adviseert de installatie beheerders en manager op de technische aspecten voor investeringsaanvragen;
- Verstoringen in het proces analyseer je en verhelp je;
- Je start en begeleidt de GMP Change Control procedures voor veranderingen aan de systemen.
- Je hebt een Bachelor of Master afgerond in een relevante technische richting: Watermanagement, Engineering, Data Science;
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare positie binnen de food, FMCG of farma;
- Je bent accuraat, hebt cijfermatig inzicht en aantoonbare affiniteit met technische installaties;
- Kennis van Lean Six Sigma is een pre;
- Je hebt ervaring met data analyse tools (bv. PowerBI, PI Vision);
- Je toont eigenaarschap en je richt je op samenwerking;
- Je bent analytisch en pro-actief ingesteld;

Waar kom je te werken?
We zijn op zoek naar een Optimization Engineer die komt werken voor de afdeling Facilities & Utilities. Deze afdeling is op de site Weesp verantwoordelijk voor enerzijds alledaagse zaken als stroom, gas, water, afvalwater, perslucht en stoom (utilities) en anderzijds de gebouwen die op de site staan. Het team F&U bestaat momenteel uit 8 mensen en werkt veel samen met afdelingen als Engineering, Productie, Health, Safety en Environment en Maintenance. De Optimization Engineer F&U gaat zich met name bezighouden met onze afvalwater zuivering installatie (AWZI).
Wat ga je doen?
De Optimization Engineer zal zich in eerste instantie bezig gaan houden met het optimaliseren van het zuiveringsproces van het afvalwater. De AWZI is een installatie die buiten de site staat en ons gezuiverde afvalwater direct loost op het Amsterdam-Rijnkanaal. De Optimization Engineer is ons kennisbaken en de drijvende kracht achter verbeteringen die geïdentificeerd en doorgevoerd worden door jou. Daarnaast zal je in deze rol op den duur ook nauw betrokken raken bij de technische aspecten van de gebouwen op onze site zoals HVAC installaties en een ketelhuis waar stoom gemaakt wordt. Kortom, jij bent het technische geweten van de afdeling F&U.
