Daarna heb je je eerste overleg via teams: een overleg met de teamleider van de sales binnendienst in Rotterdam over de vacature van zijn afdeling. s Middags neem je deel aan het Management Team Overleg van Sales, uiteraard is HR ook een belangrijk onderwerp op de agenda, waar jij de lead in neemt.Het is 'never a dull moment', je weet wat er speelt en daardoor kan je de managers goed ondersteunen en adviseren op HR gebied. Je bent vaak op je vestigingen aanwezig maar wisselt dit af met het hoofdkantoor en thuiswerken.
In deze functie ben jij de HR Manager voor onze Sales organisatie en onze energie-centrale in Roosendaal, PreZero Energy. De verschillende afdelingen van Sales, zoals Binnendienst of Customer Care, zijn gevestigd in Amsterdam, Helmond, Rotterdam en Duiven.
Naast de dagelijkse en operationele HR verantwoordelijkheden hou je je ook bezig met organisatieontwikkeling, veranderprocessen en diverse HR projecten.
Je bent een bevlogen en positief ingestelde collega die met energie het HR vak uitoefent. Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in HR in een grote, commerciële organisatie en een afgeronde HBO-opleiding. Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, bent zelfstandig en staat stevig in je schoenen. Werken met een CAO is je bekend, je hebt een B-rijbewijs en houdt ervan om op pad te zijn.
Het HR team bestaat uit een operationeel HR team, een arbeidsjurist, recruitment, een Shared Service Center en L&D. We zijn een informeel team, helpen elkaar graag en spreken elkaar tijdens maandelijkse HR dagen, (online) overleggen en natuurlijk ook tussendoor
