    Your aim as a Sales Excellence Specialist is to support the entire sales processes at Bugaboo EMEA. You will be managing various operational tasks, streamlining procedures, and ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Product Management and other relevant departments to maximize productivity and ensure industry-leading sales and training techniques and product knowledge.

    This role is key in developing the efficiency of our sales and training teams across EMEA and ensuring consistently excellent product launches and day to day sales management.

    What will you do

  • Work closely with the Sales Excellence Manager to analyse and optimize Go To Market sales processes to enhance efficiency and maximize revenue, implement best practices and continuous improvements, identify opportunities for process automation.
  • Assist in development of the entire sales facing New Product Development critical path including defining timelines and method of order processing and communication of key tools across the EMEA organisation as required.
  • Creation of key automated sales reports to support the sales teams and key stakeholders with performance and analysis.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales teams in adopting best practices and utilizing sales tools effectively.
  • The activation and reported use of the Bugaboo Discovery Platform to ensure best product knowledge amongst internal teams and working with sales teams to ensure its use with external stakeholders.
  • Owning the Pagination / pricelist tool, train sales teams and update content.
  • Execute and empower best practice with regards to the entire sales process at Bugaboo.
  • Explore, define and ensure best practice use of Salesforce to ensure industry-leading CRM and allowing Bugaboo to maximise this tool to its full benefit.

  • Knowledge of sales processes and training teams.
  • Experience of CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A commercial mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and driving results.

    • Moreover, you have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
