- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies;
- Ensure project & strategy communication plans, focusing on key areas like ESG, DE&I and IT;
- Create compelling content for internal newsletters, intranet, and communication platforms;
- Develop internal content calendar, coordinate content items, and align with the commercial calendar for internal and external channels;
- Support Board of Directors office communication;
- Manage external partners (photographers, writers, designers) and onboard external communication partners;
- Cultivate relationships with media contacts, create press releases, media kits, and PR materials;
- Professionalize communication through workshops and training;
- Project manager for intranet development (ECC Companion);
- Collaborate with change management, Ewals Academy, and marketing teams for communication needs;
- Work with online, content, and brand marketeers to monitor and improve communication success;
- Support HR and TA with employee and employer branding activities, including stories, testimonials, videos, and social media posts.

How will you make an impact?
Your responsibilities are primarey focused on internal communication to inform and engage employees effectively. A significant aspect of your role involves developing communication plans for various projects and taking the lead in their execution, either independently or in collaboration with the change manager, both locally and internationally.
The key pillars of your work include leading project communication (ESG, DE&I, IT), company communication (intranet, milestones), employee communication based on the principles of inform/transform/engage, and company and product communication.
In your role, you serve as the vital link between departments and employees, managing numerous internal stakeholders. Your primary stakeholders include the Executive Director P&C, the Change Manager, the Board of Directors, the Executive Management Team, and the Marketing & Communication team. Additionally, you closely collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, our internal Ewals Academy, and various other departments.
