- promoting the QESH policy and "continuous improvement" within the Ewals organization;
- evaluating business processes (including auditing);
- managing various certification schemes;
- and (project-based) support of internal / external stakeholders with QESH-related issues.
- Provide input to the strategy and implementation of the QESH policy (annual plans, results agreements and change/performance goals);
- Promote QESH policy and continuous improvement within the Ewals Group;
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of QESH;
- Active participation in periodic department meetings;
- Advising activities, departments and colleagues within the Ewals group.\
- Coordinating and planning of internal and external audits (customer-related, certification bodies, governmental institutions, etc);
- Execution of internal audits.
- Implementing and supporting various management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 28000, SQAS including documentation and registrations);
- assessing, and when needed, come up with propositions to make sure processes and procedures are up to datet.
- You have at least experience 3-5 years' experience in a similar position and/or knowledge in a similar position and at least bachelor/master working and thinking level;
- In addition, you have a good command of the English Language. Preferably also Dutch. Other languages are a plus;
- Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs;
- You also master the following competencies: communication skills, problem-solving, results-oriented and you can carry out work independently;
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills where you are able to effectively set priorities and carry out tasks in a highly dynamic international environment;
- Living is required in the region Limburg/ Brabant with regards to the commute to our headquarters, or you must be willing to arrange your move to this region. We cannot support in Sponsorship or relocation for this role and we seek a cooperation for the long run. (if you live outside of EU and would require sponsorship we won't be able to accept your application).

How will you make an impact?
In the position as QESH advisor you are responsible for raising quality, safety and environmental awareness and actions within the organization. In addition, you are also responsible for the implementation and support of (inter)national standards, guidelines and initiatives in the field of quality, safety & health and environment.
