- Build a long-term strategy (both internally as well as externally) that will create the optimal category development based on analyses, trends, and consumer research.
- Monitor market developments (what are the new trends, how do the different retailers present and distinguish themselves, how do the categories develop, etc.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop customer and market insights and grow the overall business and category, managing the portfolio of L'Oréal products and new launches introduction
- Analyze data to create compelling category stories and persuasive arguments to support L'Oréal's strategy in front of its retailers
- Help developing expertise on the different categories ("shopper studies" and best practices) and you will compile and present reports on data, trends, in-store checks and competitors activity
- Participate to the development of the best shelves of tomorrow, using your shopper knowledge and market studies
- You are available for months, full time
- You are fluent in English and either Dutch OR French (in speaking and writing)
- You are in the bachelor or master phase of your academic track
- You are analytical, problem solving and organized
