Een dag als receptioniste in Amsterdam
Je hebt passie voor Hospitality en haalt energie uit het ontvangen van bezoekers en medewerkers. De kunst is om van hun bezoek een ervaring te maken die ze niet snel vergeten. Met jouw continue oog voor bezoekers, omgeving en detail weet je overal pro actief op in te spelen. Wat deze functie zo leuk maakt is de extra guest service die je verzorgt zoals; het schenken van een kopje koffie of thee, het beantwoorden van telefonische vragen en e-mails. Daarnaast reserveer je de vergaderruimtes, verwerk je de post en beheer je de kantoorartikelen. Vanwege het internationale karakter van deze organisatie is het belangrijk dat je uitstekend Engels spreekt. Ook onderhoud je contact met de andere facilitaire partijen en bied je ondersteuning aan het Facility Management waar nodig. Door de taken die je vervuld is het van belang dat je een duizendpoot bent en je thuis bent in een internationale omgeving.
