De organisatie is een echt familiebedrijf waar ongeveer 15 man werkt op deze plant. De organisatie valt onder een groep met 3 bv's, totaal werkt er ongeveer 115 man voor de hele groep.

Binnen deze organisatie heerst een echt familie gevoel. Zo worden er ook veel uitjes geregeld voor het personeel en zijn de dienstverbanden ook lang

Jij bent actief voor een transportbedrijf die zich bezighoudt met transporteren van hoogwaardig meubilair

Functieomschrijving

Op zoek naar een fysieke uitdaging als Logistiek Medewerker waardoor jij niet meer naar de sportschool hoeft maar afgetraind thuiskomt? Samen met jouw collega's ga jij in een goed geolied systeem aan de slag om ervoor te zorgen dat alle meubels die besteld zijn goed in het magazijn komen te staan.

In het magazijn ben je bezig om de orders op een logische manier bij elkaar te zetten. Er is een bepaalde looptijd in het magazijn waardoor er een bepaalde dynamiek heerst en er echt hard gewerkt moet worden Naast het harde werken heb je ook voldoende denkwerk. Denk hierbij aan het logisch beladen van vrachtwagens zodat de route ook in een keer gereden kan worden

Jouw werkdag kan er zo uitzien:

Lossen van vrachtwagens met een steekwagen.
Magazijn goed indelen.
Meubels stapelen, orders verzamelen
Vrachtwagens op een logische manier beladen.

Je werkt in een dagdienst waar overwerk nauwelijks voorkomt. Het ligt er natuurlijk wel aan hoe hard je als team werkt. Zijn de orders namelijk niet klaargezet die de dag erna weg moeten gaan, dient dit nog wel te gebeuren

Dan knal je de orders samen met het team even weg en zet iedereen zijn schouders er nog eens onder.
