Beschrijving

Als business support manager voor ID Logistics ben je verantwoordelijk voor twee klanten in Tilburg en 's-Hertogenbosch. Je geeft leiding aan verschillende teams met in totaal bijna 25 fte. Je werkt nauw samen met operations & warehouse managers, key users, coördinatoren en uiteraard onze klanten.

Dit ga je doen

Als business support manager ben je met jouw teams verantwoordelijk voor afdelingen zoals customer service, inventory management, planning en emballage.

In 's-Hertogenbosch verzorgen wij de logistiek dienstverlening voor een klant gespecialiseerd in de verkoop van artikelen voor het buitenleven en zijn we hoofdzakelijk bezig met de bevoorrading van 70 winkels in Nederland, België en Duitsland.
In Tilburg verzorgen wij de logistiek dienstverlening voor een klant met meer dan 8.000 verschillende artikelen op voorraad en bevoorraadden we dagelijks 17 winkels. Daarnaast werkt de klant nauw samen met de diverse bezorgservices zoals Flink en Amazon en verzorgen we ook deels dienstverlening voor deze organisaties.

Als business support manager heb je een groot aandeel in het maken van een veranderslag richting automatisering en ben je veel in contact met de klanten. Relatiebeheer is belangrijk in deze functie omdat we met onze klanten een langdurige samenwerking aangaan en we dit contract willen verlengen.

Dit breng je mee

• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;

• Je bent sterk in relatiebeheer en samenwerking met onze klanten;

• Je hebt analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;

• Je hebt uitstekende communicatie vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels;

• Je hebt sterke leiderschaps- en teammanagementvaardigheden.
